Dive into an amazing summer adventure with a jam-packed three days of fun, adventure, friendship and of course- Mermaiding! Featuring twin-share accommodation at a stunning house, these three days in the lovely warm months will be spent focused on improving your depth, time, relaxation, equalisation, and (most importantly) your love of Mermaid freediving. It's even catered with meals and snacks designed to make you feel good and enhance your freediving.

The retreat schedule is packed full of exercises, dives and other Mermaid-related activities from dawn until dusk, and is a great time and place to connect with other passionate folks from the Mermaid community!.
